Staff cleaned a table earlier so we could play cards downstairs in the bar area. Bartender was very nice and kept asking if we needed anything. Breakfast was excellent!!!!!! Loved the text message if you needed anything and that the room was ready on our travels!!!! Loved the fireplace outside, dart board, pool table and the gambling machines.

Pleasant staff. Cleanliness. Affordable. Comfortable bed. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Room already cooled upon arrival. Plenty of body wash, and shampoo/conditioner provided. Great location...near all. Accomodations to late check out. Bar with great menu. Large window view.

The staff is one of the kindest people I’ve encountered in a hotel setting. They greeted me with a big smile and were super accommodating. Because of their flexibility, allowing us to check in early and check out late, we were able to accomplished what we were there for. Thanks a million Best Western Plus Wausau Tower! Location was also great, close to everything we needed.

Wausau is a great city for walking, and the motel is near Marathan Park and scenic hills and bus stops going downtown - I was on the top floor and the views were great -- the breakfast was very good and the staff were courteous and helpful

Staff in the breakfast room were so incredible! They kept the mess under control with lots of large groups descending on the area. Room was comfortable and very clean.

Beds were comfortable. Room was a nice size. Like the restaurant/ bar. Best breakfast item .. the new pancake maker. They were delicious and so easy to make

The staff was very pleasant, the room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Their was a recumbent bike in the room which I have never seen before but liked very much.
